By adding this additional service, we are able to alleviate the daunting tasks of advertising your rental property, screening potential tenants, collecting monthly rent and SO much more. Our state of the art software enables us to stay connected to property owners and tenants with the click of a button. We offer a tailored experience for each property, working efficiently to streamline all the monthly duties.
Our goal is to continue offering the same five-star service you know and love from Coldwell Banker Tony Hubbard Realty. We are excited to offer Property Management to our community and can't wait to get to work for you!

Personable Experience
- In person meeting at the rental property to discuss the property and processes.
- Professional photos to be taken upon accepting the property into management. This is at the company's expense.
- We offer a concierge service consisting of all repair/upgrade services as needed. Vendor service is at owner expense.
- We do the move-in inspection, a 3 and 9 month exterior check of the property, as well as the move out inspection. We also offer additional interior inspections of the property as requested.
- Flexible policies for owners to include, but not limited to, pet restrictions, property hold times, deposit, credit requirements, etc.
State of the Art Technology
- Our software provides many modes of communication through texts and emails to keep owners and tenants informed.
- We screen all applicants. Our software conducts a background and credit check as well as rental history (when reported by the rental companies).
- We secure our owner and tenant information through our secure management software. Your information will never be sold.
